Working with change

Several of the Euroips Associates are also the founding member of the European Association for Gestalt Leadership and Organisational Development (EAGLOD) which is committed to humanising change and learning in organisations and communities and whose ethos is compatible with Euroips.

Organisational Training Course for Qualified Therapists

Course Trainers: Ken Evans, Paul Barber

Following the successful course run in Malta in 2008, Ken Evans and Paul Barber are leading a course in France (at La Volee)

The Diploma  course will be run over 12 months in Normandy, France for participants who already have a qualification/training in Gestalt therapy and wish to extend their work into organisations.

1. July 24-26, 2009

2. September 11-13, 2009 ( to be run in Romania)

3. November 6-8, 2009

4. The date of the final workshop in 2010 will  be negotiated with course participants.

The cost for each workshop at La Volee is 271 euro (inc accomodation, breakfast and lunch).  Workshop 2 costs 171 euro and participants arrange and pay for their own accomodation and food. Participants arrange and pay for their own travel.

Our approach to organizational development in general and process consulting is clearly within a dialogical frame and is not about techniques or methods, which have a tendency to dehumanise people and ultimately change little or  nothing, but rather requires a high degree of psychological mindedness and emotional literacy. Participants on the course are therefore supported and challenged to develop their capacity for honest and non judgemental self reflection and engage in meaningful interpersonal communication, with an I- You attitude. While a period of time is set aside each day in order to assimilate this way of being toward self and others, it also permeates all aspects of the training course.
