New separate provision: TIME for TRAINERS.
In recent years there has been a dramatic growth in the number of training centres providing education in counselling/psychotherapy/ organizational development. Alongside this growth has been an equally dramatic increase in the regulations governing training standards, entrance requirements, course work assessment and evaluations, accreditation and re-accreditation, quality assurance mechanisms etc. This has changed the nature of training in significant ways and with increasing demands from regulatory and professional bodies.
We offer two responses to support and challenge the busy trainer:
The provision of up to date information and support on all aspects of modern curriculum development and regulatory requirements. You don’t have to re-invent the wheel! Let us support you. We endeavor to work with you to integrate new curriculum and structural developments into your existing educational philosophy and ethos.
A residential workshop at our secluded farm in Normandy that is exclusively for those engaged in training and/or running training centres/departments. Here trainers can share experience, receive support, rest, have fun and renew their energies. Good food, eco friendly farm and all permeated with an I-Thou attitude.
The Board of the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy are holding a residential training colloquium between September 5 -7, 2008.
